阐述了建立教学质量评价与监控体系的目的,在分析了国内教学质量评价与监控体系现状的基础上,建立了一套比较科学的教学质量评价与监控体系,特别在评价指标中对学生成绩的处理上提出了考虑相关影响折算为标准化成绩的见解,使得评价指标更加科学、合理。

This paper points out the purpose of setting up evaluating and controuing system of teaching quality, and puts forward the establishment of a set of evaluating and controlling systems of teaching quality by analyzing the present situation of the system in our country. The paper also brings forth the idea that we can take the effects on students＇ score into consideration and convert the students＇ score into a standard score so as to make evaluating index more scientific and rational.
