摘要
苯甲醛与硫酸联氨在酸性介质中发生反应,其产物可在导数示波极谱仪上观察到一灵敏的吸附还原波,峰电位为-0.76V(vs.SCE)。其导数峰高与浓度在2.0×10-5~1.0×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。检测下限为1.0×10-7mol/L。本方法适用于水体中苯甲醛含量的测定。本文探讨了反应物在滴汞电极表面的吸附行为和电极反应机理。
Benzaldehyde reacts with hydrazine sulfate in the acid medium. Reaction products can be reduced at the mercury electrode with a sensitivc adsorptive wave (Ep= - 0. 76 V, vs.SCE). A linear relationship holds between the peak height and the concentration of benzaldehyde in the range of 2. 0×10-5~1. 0×10 -7 mol/L. The detection limit is 1. 0×10-7 mol/L.The method can be used for the determination of benzaldehyde in water. The behavior of polarographic wave was studied and the mechanism of electrode reaction was explored.
