摘要
通过对我国水资源形势及水环境污染现状的分析,提出解决水污染、改善水环境、构建节水型社会,必须实施污染物排放总量控制和废水资源化,以保证经济社会快速发展对水资源的需求。进而促进环境友好型社会的建设。
Having analyzed the situation of water resources and the present situation ot water environment contamination in our country, the paper raises that it is essential to carry out the total amount discharge control and the waste water resourcization in order to solve water pollution and improve water environment and build water-saving society, and consequently to ensure the demand of water resources in quick development of economy society, and further to improve a friend-oriented society＇s establishment.
