摘要
研究了牛肌肉组织中苯并咪唑类药物阿苯哒唑、噻苯哒唑和奥芬哒唑多残留高效液相色谱测定方法。结果表明该方法的线性范围在0.05～3.0μg/mL之间,回收率在83.6%～90.1%,相对标准偏差为1.0%～8.5%,最小检出限分别为28、12、19μg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、定量准确。
A method of high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was dev- eloped to determine benzimidazoles residues（ALB,THI and OXF） in beef. It was proved that the recoveries were 83.6%-90.1%. The relative standard deviations were 1.0%-8.5 %. The detection limits were 28μg/kg, 12μg/kg and 19μg/kg for ALB ,THI and OXF. It has been proven that the method is fast ,accurate and suitable.
