摘要
本文提出用羟胺与葡萄糖酸δ-内酯反应生成异羟肟酸,考察了异羟肪酸与三氯化铁反应生成红色络合物,用以测定葡萄酸δ-内酯的分析方法。该法λ_(max)=497nm,浓度线性范围20~900μg/mL,检出下限是9.0μg/mL。研究了29种物质存在的干扰情况。
he hydroxamic acid from the reaction ofgluconolactone(GCL )with hydramine wasused to develop a new and fast spectropho-tometric method for the determination of GCLwhich is based on the reaction of ferric chlo-ride with hydroxamic acid.The determinationwas carried out in the solution of the red com-plex with pH 1.64 at 497nm,The linear rangeof GCL concentration is 20~900μg/mL,andthe detection limit is 9.0μ/mL. The interfer-ences of 29 diverse components have beenstudied.
