摘要
光谱分析是尿素的无机酸盐的合适定量方法。试样制成标准溶液,用FT-IR光谱仪收集1900~1400cm-1范围的光谱可得到基线稳定、强度变化敏锐的羰基、胺基分析峰。根据其回归方程可确定吸光度-浓度工作曲线及线性回归线的置信区间和检测上下限。本文还讨论了溶剂对尿素的不同无机酸盐的回归曲线的影响。
Spectral analysis is a more suitable quantitative method for NHCONH, and its complex salts of inorganic acids.After weighing the sample,constanting volume and measuring the infrared spectra in 1900--1400cm-1,the C=O( ̄ 1667cm-1)and NH2( ̄1629cm-1)bands with stable baselines and sharp intensities were obtained.According to their regression equations,A--C linear relationships were determined.Meanwhile,the fiducial interval, maximum and minimum concentration limits of linear regression curves,and effects of different solvents and inorganic acids on regression curves have been discussed.
