摘要
提出了中空纤维透析器中全血传质动力学的两相模型并给出了解析解。用三种溶质(尿素、肌酐和尿酸)进行了实验验证。结果表明,传统的单相模型仅适于描述尿素在全血中的传质动力学,而对肌酐和尿酸则适宜用本文的两相模型来描述。
A twophase mass transfer model within blood for a hollowfiber hemodialyzer is presented and its analytical solution is obtained.In vitro experiments for urea,creatinine and uric acid are perfotmed for ttie model verification.It is found that homogeneous mass transfer medel published in literatures fits only to the urea transfer dynamics,whereas the present model is suitable for mass transfer dynamics of creatinine and uric acid.
