中国特色社会主义新道路是从党的十一届三中全会以后开始的。当时中国面临重重障碍,既有党内和社会上出现的“左”和“右”的思潮,又有旧的传统观念。邓小平以大无畏的开拓精神,扫清了走上新道路的屏障,顺民心、合民意把中国引向一条崭新的道路。

Socialist new road with Chinese characteristic initiated from the third Session of the 11th Committee of Central Communist Part. China was facing difficulties at that time which are the thread of thought of ＂rationalism＂ and ＂opportunitism＂ from the party and the society, and the old idea. Deng Xiao-ping removed the obstacle and led China onto a new road which is appreciated and accepted by the Chinese.
