多普勒超声评估冠状动脉搭桥术前后左心室功能的变化

Alteration of left ventricular function in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting by doppler echocardiography

目的应用多普勒超声评价冠状动脉搭桥术(冠状动脉搭桥术)后心功能的变化。方法选取81例行冠状动脉搭桥术的冠心病患者,于术前、术后3个月应用经胸多普勒超声技术测量患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室缩末容积(ESV)、左室舒末容积(EDV)、左心室每搏搏出量(SV)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、二尖瓣舒张早期和舒张晚期峰值速度比值(E/A)。结果术后LVEF、LVFS、SV、E/A增大,ESV、EDV减小,所有指标间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉搭桥术后左心室收缩和舒张功能得到明显改善。

Objective To assess the changes of left ventricular function after Coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） with Doppler echocardiography. Methods Eighty-one patients of coronary artery disease,who had accepted CABG, were enrolled.Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, End-diastolic volume （EDV）, End-systolic volume （ESV）, Stroke volume （SV）, Left ventricular axial systolic ratio （LVFS） ,E/A ratio at mitrial orifice（E/A）,were measured by Doppler echocardiography before and 3 months after CABG. Results LVEF,LVFS,SV and E/A increased after CABG, EDV and ESV increased after CABG. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in CAD patients be proved after CABG.
