紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法24例晚期食道癌患者,紫杉醇135mg/㎡d1,静脉滴注3h,顺铂70-80mg/㎡,分5天,21天为一周期。结果24例患者共完成68个周期,CR4.17%,PR50.00%,有效率为54.17%,TTP4.5个月,中位生存期7.5个月,毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应和脱发。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌疗效肯定,毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床推广。
