摘要
介绍了9种饼粕必需氨基酸含量,根据“理想蛋白模式”,以总氨基酸为基础,提出每种饼粕中必需氨基酸比值(AAR),在此基础上又提出氨基酸比差值(AARD)。AARD越趋于0,该氨基酸比例越理想。最大负值为第一限制氨基酸,可用AARD为正值的饼粕互补负值饼粕。应用本法可直观、简便地评估饼粕蛋白优劣,迅速、合理地选择适于配伍的饼粕进行配方研究,以达较理想的氨基酸平衡模式。
The present paper showed the content of essential amino acids in 9 kinds of oilseed meals and following 'ideal protein model', figured out the ratio of essential amino acids on total amino acids in every kind of oilseed meas (AAR) according to which amino acid ratio difference (AARD) was obtained. The more the AARD is greatly tending towards zero, the more rational the ratio of AA is. The first limited AA has a greatest negative value. It was suggested that the oilseed meals with negative AARD can be complementary with the oilseed meals with positive one, This method can appraise protein quality of oilseed meals directly and briefly The oilseed meals suitable to compatibility should be rapidly and rationally selected to reach ideal AA balance model.
