奥斯卡.王尔德的作品The Importance of Being Earnest有很多中译本。余光中译本《不可儿戏》,既保存原作幽默俏皮、朗朗上口的对话和精妙之处,也散发出与原作同样的艺术魅力。余光中巧妙地结合了归化与异化,合理地处理了剧名、人名、词语和对话的翻译。

Oscar Wilde＇ s The Importance of Being Earnest has many Chinese versions. However, Yu Guangzhong＇ s version Bu Ke Er Xi, not only has kept humorous and witty dialogues of the original text, but also sent out the same artistic glamour with the original text. In Yu Guangzhong＇ s version, domestication and foreignization have been skillfully combined to translate the title, names, vocabulary and dialogues properly.
