摘要
随着我国经济体制与政治体制改革的不断深化,我国高校传统的组织结构的弊端也日益显露出来,特别是在专业建设和调整时,已成为一个较深层次的限制因素。减少管理层次,缩小教学单位,实行扁平化组织,实现业务流程重组,将对推进高职院校改革发挥较为明显的作用。
The traditional organization in our country's colleges and universities is a kind of high-rise vertical structure. However, with the society's entry to the knowledgeable and information age, the disadvantages emerge, especially in construction and adjustment of specialties. It has become a fimited factor deeply. In this paper, we raise that administrative levels should be cut down and teaching units should be shrunk. In the meantime, we should implement flat organization and recombine the professional procedure. Through taking the above measures, we hope to obtain obvious effects in the reform of vocational universities.
