摘要
经SephadexG75和PAGE分离,以双波长薄层自动扫描仪扫描测定了家兔胚源性特异蛋白-1(rESP-1)的分泌特性;离体组织培养分析了rESP-1对子宫蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明,早孕期rESP-1的分泌呈二次曲线,第3天分泌出现,第4天出现第一峰值,第5天下降,然后迅速增加,最大分泌在第7天,第8天迅速回降。其分泌量随胚胎数(或黄体数)的增加而升高,且受FSH-LH和PMSG-LH的影响。rESP-1使子宫细胞RNA增加。
The secretory characteristics of rabbit embryo derived specific protein 1 (rESP 1) was determined by sephadex G75, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and duel wavelength thin layer scanner. The effect of rESP 1 on protein synthesis in uterus tissue was analysed in vitro. The result showed that secretion amount of rESP 1 in uterine luminal fluid of the early pregnant rabbit give a good fit to a quadratic curve which first detected at the 3th day of pregnancy, reached the first peak value at the 4th day, decreased at the 5th day, then increased rapidly and reached to the second peak at 7th day but decreased sharply at the 8th day of pregnancy. The secretory amount of rESP 1 was influenced by the number of embryo (or the number of corpus luteum) and raised with the increase of the number of embryo (or the number of corpus luteum), its secretion level was also affected by PMSG LH and FSH LH. The analytical result also showed that this protein could increase the RNA level in uterus tissue and exhibited a positive relationship and could stimulate the protein synthesis of uterine cell.
