开放存取是目前图书馆界和学术界讨论的热点问题,本文试图从开放存取概念的内涵和其产生的背景出发,在深入分析其存在的主要问题的基础上,进一步探讨开放存取对国际国内学术信息交流的影响和现实意义。参考文献5。
Open Access is a hot question that the library circle and the academia discussed about at present. This article attempts to proceed from the intension on its concept and its background, on the basis of analysing in depth its key problems, discusses the impact on international and domestic academia and its realistic meanings further more. 5 refs.
