Through the method of empirical investigation, comparing the current electronic resources, reference service mode of the libraries of Hunan province＇s 8 four-year colleges newly upgraded from threeyear colleges, this paper summarizes the characteristic, development condition and difficult position of the libraries of Hunan province＇s four-year colleges newly upgraded from three-year colleges and discusses the development perspective of the libraries of Hunan province＇s 8 four-year colleges newly upgraded from three-year colleges. 4 refs.
