关于村民政治冷漠的思考——以广东电白新建村的村民直选个案为例

村民直选是我国选举制度上的重大进步之一,它极大地唤起村民的政治参与热情。但事实上,在个别村村民直选中,村民对政治活动的热情并不高,这既有体制、制度等原因,也与村民的政治功效感和自身素质有关。

The villagers＇ election is one of great progress of electoral system in our country, and it arouses the politics participation enthusiasm of villagers. But in fact, in some villages, the villagers＇ enthusiasm is not high to politics activity, which is not only the causes of system and institution, but also is relate to the political merits and qualities of villagers.
