高校毕业生就业难既是一个社会问题,又是一个学校和毕业生自身能力不足的综合反映。解决这一难题需要从宏观和微观两方面着眼考虑,既要以政府拓宽就业渠道和建立开放统一的城乡劳动力市场作先导,又要以高校开放办学和培养学生适应能力和竞争能力作保障。

The difficulty of college graduates＇ employment is not only a society problem, but also a synthetical reflection of a school and graduates＇ ability. Solving the problem needs to consider it from broad perspectives and microcosmic aspect. That is, the government will create more employment opportunities and build an open market of urban and rural labor force, at same time, we should take it as a guarantee that the college should be run openly and develop students＇ adaptive abilities and competitive abilities.
