导学群模式下导学教师引领策略的探讨

摘要 导学群模式下导学教师的引领行为是全方位的,心理关怀和人文关怀贯穿于引领行为的始终,同时要通过多渠道的交流实现其引领行为。在导学群模式下,导学教师应转变观念,通过设置适应学生学习行为要求的目标体系、指导学生记录学习日志、组织网上讨论等策略培养学生自主学习和协作学习的能力。 The behavior of tutor under the model of Learners' Guidance Group is in all aspects. Takir;g care of students both in psychology and humanity is through the behavior in the beginning. In the same time, they achieve their behavior by many methods. Under the model of Learners' Guidance Group, tutor should change their idea, cultivate student' s ability of self-conscious learning and cooperative learning by planning target system which fit for student' s learning behavior, instructing student write learning daily record, organizing discussion in internet and so on.
