摘要
将显示无网格法引入三维体积成形仿真过程,设计了基于再生核质点法(Reproducing kernel particle method, RKPM)无网格法理论的并行算法。在前处理过程中,采用了多层次二分法对几何模型进行分区;在仿真计算过程中,设计基于消息传递机制的粗粒度并行程序,针对接触搜寻算法的特点,提出了接触问题并行化的新策略。并编制了相应的程序,成功地对三维体积成形问题进行了求解,准确地处理了网格严重畸变的问题,并验证了该算法的准确性和有效性。
A computational implementation of modern explicit meshless methods is presented for explicit for 3D bulk forming process. The implemented parallel meshless method is based on the reproducing kernel particle method (RKPM) theory. Partitioning scheme modified recursive spectrum bisection (MRSB) procedure is applied for geometry model in preprocess. Explicit MPI message passing statements are used for coarse grain parallel program in analysis process. According to characterizes of contact search problem, the parallel contact search algorithm is also presented. The parallel program is coded and implemented into 3D bulk metal forming problems. The severe distortion mesh grid problem is settled and the simulation results demonstrated the efficiency of the suggested parallel RKPM algorithm.
