摘要
采用分子印迹技术合成了对药物多效唑有高选择性的模板聚合物.该聚合物以多效唑为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为自由基引发剂.使用高效液相色谱研究MIP对模板分子的识别机理,并且考察了各因素对分离的影响.实验表明,该聚合物对多效唑呈现出高的选择性,有明显的开发应用价值.
The molecularly imprinted polymer has been prepared with paclobutrazol, a plant growth regulator, as the template, the mixture of methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) as the cross-linker. HPLC was used to study the molecular recognition mechanism. And the experiment investigated the influence of HPLC conditions to capacity factors. The results showed that the MIP had significant molecular recognition ability and it had high affinity for paclobutrazol.
