双钙钛矿型化合物LaK_(0.99)Fe_(1.2)Mo_(0.8)O_6性质的研究 被引量:1

摘要 合成了双钙钛矿型氧化物LaK0.99Fe1.2Mo0.8O6,并对它的结构、电磁性质等方面进行了研究.实验表明,此化合物的晶体结构属于立方晶系,空间群为Fm 3m;磁化强度随温度的升高缓慢减小;磁阻效应随着外磁场的增强而增加,当磁场为1.0 T时,磁电阻效应高达0.95,并在所研究的温度范围内基本保持不变. The double perovskite LaK0.99Fe1.2Mo0.8O6 ceramics have been successfully synthesized. The structural, Curie temperature and transport properties of this compound have been studied. Its structure belongs to cubic system with Fm^-3m space group. Magnetization slowly reduced with temperature and large magnetoresistance of the sample under IT field remains constant around 0.95 in the studied temperature range.
