摘要
应用开发的微电导探针测试技术,以粒径分别为0.48mm、0.80mm、12.5mm的玻璃珠和1.45mm的苯乙烯树脂为固相,空气为气相,水和0.05%(wt%)、0.20%(wt%)的羧甲基纤维素钠(SCMC)为液相,对三相流化床的各相局部相含率进行了同时测定。在不同液体粘度下,局部固含率在r/R=0.75-0.85范围内有一个极大值;局部气合率呈现出塔中心处最大,塔壁处最小的分布规律。表明液体粘度对局部相含率径向分布均有不同程度的影响。
Local phase holdups in gas - liquid - solid three - phase fluidized bed of 150 mm i.d.and 4 350 mm height with small size particles are measured simultaneously by micro - electrical conductivity probe technique in this paper. The experiments are carried out with 0.48 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.25 mm small size glass beads (98 = 2 460 kg. m^- 3 ) and 1.45 mm styrene ( ρs = 1 264 kg. m^- 3 ), with air and with water,0.05%(mass)SCMC,0.20%(mass)SCMC as solid phase and gas phase and liquid phase respectively. A sets of experimental data of local phase holdups in radial direction are obtained under different liquid viscosity. It has been found that the distribution of local solid holdup has a maximum peak at r/R = 0.75 - 0.85. The distribution of local gas holdup in radial direction has a maximum value at the coltumn center and a minimum value near the wall. The effect of the liquid viscosity on the radial distribution of local phase holdups is presented.
