摘要
通过对新型半导体光源———白色LED的基本电性能的初步研究,提出白色LED光源电路设计原则及注意事项,并阐述了用于太阳能的白色LED光源电路设计方案。
Based on the preliminary study of a new semiconductor ligh source - basic electricity performance of white LED, the design principle of white LED light source actuation circuit is proposed and points for attention arc given. The design plan of white LED light source actuation circuit used in the solar energy is also elaborated in detail.
