摘要
对狭叶柴胡全草经甲醇浸泡,超声波震荡提取后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行化学成分的分离鉴定,结合计算机检索技术,鉴定它们的结构,应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出33个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的29个组分,占总含量的97.3%。其中主要组分核黄素18.3%,5-甲基-2,4-哌嗪二酮为12.2893%,8-烯环-16-碳酸酯为11.947%,环氧丙烯醚为5.8394%,5-羟甲基-呋喃甲醛为5.5726%等。
To study the methanol - soluble components of B. scorzonerifolium. The methanol - soluble components of B. scorzonerifolium were obtained by ultrasonic wave, and the components were separated and identified by GC - MS. The relative percentage of each composition was determined by area normalization. 33 peaks were found and 29 of them were identified representing 97.3 % of the total contents. The relative contents of Xanthosine ( 18.3% ), 5 - methyl - 2,4( 1H, 3H) - Pyrimidinedione ( 12.2893% ), Oxacycloheptadec - 8 - en - 2 - one ( 11.947 % ), Oxirane (5. 8394% ), 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - Furancarboxaldehyde (5.5726%) were higher than other methanol- soluble components.
