摘要
选择Fe2O3-BaO-SiO2玻璃体系,采用分步晶化热处理方法制备出了以BaFe12O19为磁性晶相的无变形硬盘用微晶玻璃,并利用XRD、SEM和VSM等测试手段对微晶玻璃进行了分析和性能检测.研究结果表明:采用分步晶化热处理的方法制备微晶玻璃性能优于传统的一步晶化热处理方法,在分步晶化热处理过程中样品不会产生变形.经700℃/5 h+850℃/10 h分步晶化热处理所制备出的微晶玻璃的晶相为BaSiO3,BaFe12O19,晶粒尺寸在1μm以内,其比饱和磁化强度为19.8 Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc可达1 790 A/m.
Selecting Fe2O3-BaO-SiO2 glass system and employing stepwise heat-treatment method for crystallization,the microcrystalline glass containing BaFe12O19 as magnetic crystalline phase was prepared for hard disk without deformation,and the microcrystalline glass was analysed and tested by means of XRD, SEM,and VSM to clear its property. It was shown by the investigation that the property of so obtained microcry-stalline glass is superior to that microcrystalline glass obtained by heat-treatment with single-step crystallization and,furthermore,there is no distortion with the prepared specimen by stepwise crystallization. The phase of microcrystalline glass is BaSiO3, BaFe12O19 after such stepwise crystallization heat-treatment as 700 ℃/5 h+850 ℃/10 h,the size of crystalline grain is less than 1μm,its saturated magnetic moment is 19.8 Am^2/kg,and its coercivity is 1 790 A/m.
