摘要
针对轴承外圈公差尺寸的非接触式测量,研制出非接触磁压式位移传感器.利用电磁效应和压电晶体原理,实现了各物理量之间的转换,从而得到尺寸参数量,经电路处理输入微处理器,得到尺寸公差信息.利用该传感器可很好地采集零件尺寸公差信息,而且具有测量精确度高、操作简单、适应环境能力强等特点.
Non-contact magnetic-pressure transducer was designed for non-contact measurement of bearing's outer-race tolerance. Using the theory of magneto-resistive effect and piezoelectric crystal, the dimensional parameters were obtained by calculating corresponding physical quantity. The tolerance information could be obtained through circuit treatment and micro-processor. Using this kind of transducer not only the data of tolerance could be gathered well, but also be with high precision, easy-operation, strong adaptability to surrounding, etc.
