微创清除术合中药口服综合疗法治疗高血压性脑出血

Clinical Observation on Complex Therapies for Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:研究高血压性脑出血综合疗法,即颅内血肿微创清除术合并中药口服、早期康复、西医内科治疗的临床效果,为脑出血治疗提供方法学指导。方法:90例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为综合疗法组、微创加内科组、单纯内科组,每组30例,治疗28天及90天时,分别进行两次疗效评定。结果:3组的临床治愈率、总有效率分别为46.67%、83.33%;40.00%、80.00%;20.00%、43.33%。综合疗法组优于微创加内科组(P<0.05),微创加内科组优于单纯内科组(P<0.05),综合疗法组优于单纯内科组(P<0.01),3组分别比较,均有显著性差异。结论:综合疗法能够提高生存率、减少致残率、提高生存质量,可作为脑出血治疗的优选方案。

Objective ：To study the complex therapies for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which include minimal invasion surgery combined with herbal decoction or pill, early-stage rehabilitation and regular therapy. Methods ：90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into three groups （ every group n=30 ） ： complex therapy group （ the first group ）, minimal invasion surgery combined with herbal decontion or pill group （the second group）, simple regular therapy group （the third group）. Their therapeutic effect were evaluated respectively on the 28d and 90d. Results ：The curative rate and the total effective rate were 46.67% ,83.33% ;40.00% ,80.00% ;20.00% ,43.33% ; the curative effect of the first group was superior to the second group （ P 〈0.05） ,the second was better than the third（ P 〈0.01） ,and the first was better than the third（ P 〈0.01 ）. There were significant difference between any two groups out of three. Conclusion ： The complex therapy could increase living rate, decrease disable rate, and improve living quality, and it was the better method to be chosen for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
