摘要
考察了尼龙6在3种不同注射机参数和注射机不同部位分别充满氩气的条件下进行注射对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,尼龙6在240℃、转子转速127 r/min及氩气氛围内能够大幅度提高其力学性能。尼龙6原材料颗粒中存在的氧气是其生产过程中氧化降解的主要原因,注射之前在氩气条件下干燥能够提高产品的力学性能。
Some tests were done to polyamide-6 (PA 6 ) injected in three different settingsof injection machine and inert atmosphere full of different sections. The results showed that PA 6 which was injected with screw speed 127 r/min and 240℃ in argon had an improvement of mechanical performance. The presence of oxygen within granule material played an important role during the oxidative degradation. Drying material in the argon before injection was a good method to improve the mechanical performance of production.
