棉涤包芯纱府绸的经、纬纱均采用以棉纤维作外包纤维、涤纶长丝作芯丝的棉涤包芯纱,其混纺比控制在3∶1,针对原纱捻度偏大、捻度不匀率高、成纱棉结和毛羽较多的问题,在络筒、整经、浆纱、织造等各工序分别进行了工艺参数的优选并采取了相应的工艺技术措施,解决了生产过程中的技术难题,加工而成的府绸织物透气性好、外观挺括,具有良好的服用性能。

According to the problems of bigger yam twist, higher twist irregularity, more neps, more yam hairiness and so on, optimizing choice of processing parameters in winding, warping, sizing, weaving and other process were done, and relative processing measures were adopted, and the technology problems were resolved in the production. The produced poplin has better permeability, better appearance and better wearing characteristics.
