目前高速公路长隧道从安全角度考虑一般设置了多个紧急停车带,但多个紧急停车带的设置给长隧道优质、快速、低廉地建成带来了极大的困难。结合怀新高速公路庙山隧道工程实践介绍了紧急停车带衬砌台车选择方案,重点介绍了台车改装方案的比选及自行改装台车的过程;不仅较为圆满的解决了实际问题,同时对类似工程的施工有一定的指导意义。

For the sake of safety, at present several emergency parking strips are installed in long highway tunnels, which results in great difficulty for the high-quality, high-speed, but low-cost, construction of the long tunnels. Taking the engineering practice of Miaoshan tunnel on Huai-xin highway as example, the article presents the option selection of the movable lining shutters for the tunnel portions with emergency parking strips, with the emphasis being placed on the option selection and process of the renovation of the movable lining shutters. By adopting the selected option, the problems encountered in the tunnel construction are successfully solved. The article can provide guidance for similar works in the future.
