摘要
根据非开挖机械设备TT40在湖贝路地下过街通道的施工总结,主要介绍了目前国内较为先进的非开挖机械设备TT40在浅埋暗挖隧道大管棚施工中的应用,以及TT40机械施工时保证大管棚的施工精度的原理和施工工艺流程,较为全面地对TT40机械的使用性能进行了评价分析,为以后大管棚施工精度和速度的提高提供一定的借鉴。
On basis of the construction practice of Hubei Road underpass, the article presents the application of TT40 horizontal drilling machine in the reinforcement construction of umbrella arches consisting of large steel pipes conducted in the undercutting construction under shallow overburden. The article also presents the accuracy guarantee principle and the technical process of the umbrella arch construction. Furthermore, the article makes evaluations and analysis on the performance of the TT40 horizontal drilling machine.
