摘要
针对当前战场上信息量巨大,信息价值随时间增长而减小的主要特点,运用信息论相关理论知识,阐述了信息效能的概念,结合具体实例分析建立了信息战中知识获取的模型,指出提高信息效能的关键评估因素,提出了提高利用信息效能的方法,该模型和方法可为系统和武器间的广泛连接提供理论依据,并增强其优化性。
From the sum of information is hugeness in the battlefield, and the value of information becomes diminishing with the time increasing. The paper expatiates the concept of information efficiency using the information theory, establishes knowledge model in information warfare combining the example, points out the key evaluating factors to improve utilizing the information efficiency, and puts forward the measures to enhance the information efficiency. The model and method are useful for linking between system and weapon.
