摘要 针对坦克武器系统作战能力评估新趋势,运用不完全信息群体多属性决策方法探索坦克武器系统作战能力评估问题。依据决策群体中每一决策个体的主观偏爱和信息掌握程度,形成对不同坦克武器系统在各属性下效用的不完全信息,决策群体集结各效用不完全信息形成群体偏爱,对武器系统作战能力进行排序或选优。该方法模型简单、利用计算机实现,较好地解决了信息化条件下坦克武器系统作战能力评估问题。 The evaluation of battle ability of a tank weapon system is set up by the method of the group multi-attribute decision-making with partial information according to the new trend of assessment on battle ability of tank weapon system. The partial information of tank weapon system under each attribute is get according to preference and mastery on information of each individual in the group. Group preference can be formed by massing partial information in utility, so the rank and superiority of battle ability of the weapon system can be achieved. This method is simple in model which is easy to be carried out with a computer, and provides a better way of solving the problem of battle ability evaluation of tank weapon system in the information condition.
