我国的医疗卫生事业是社会主义公益性福利事业。医院是整个社会保障体系中的重要组成部分,是公益性福利事业的载体。文章从分析医院耗费和补偿两个方面的现状和问题入手,提出了保证财政投入、调整收费标准、理顺管理机制、优化收入结构等完善医院补偿机制的对策性建议。

China medical and health sector is a socialist public welfare facility. Hospitals are and important part of entire social securily syslem, is a carrier of public welfare cause. The current hospital' s compensating situation is : government invostmont is insufficiont; charge standard is low; charge structure is irrational; management mechanism is imperfect. To solve above problems, we should increase financial investment, adjust charge standard, improve management mechanism and charge structure, and realize comprehensively social benefit and economic benefit.
