摘要
以草莓为试验材料,研究在盐胁迫条件下喷施外源激素赤霉素、水杨酸对草莓光合性能的影响.结果表明:喷施外源激素,能有效地缓解草莓的盐害,提高草莓的净光合速率和蒸腾速率,增大气孔导度,降低胞间CO2浓度,增加气孔限制值,增加叶绿素含量,增强根系活力.
Effects of exogenous gibberellin and salicylic acid on photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry under salt stress were studied. The results showed that exogenous hormones could ease salt stress induced injuries,increase net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, enhance stomatal conductance, decrease intercellular CO2 concentration, raise stomatal limitation, increase the chlorophyll content and strengthen the root vigour.
