盐酸浸提法和消煮法测定牧草中钾钙含量的比较研究 被引量:14

摘要 以豆科牧草苜蓿为样品,采用盐酸浸提法和消煮法测定牧草中钾、钙含量.结果表明:2种方法绘制的钾标准曲线较为接近,R2分别高达0.990 9、0.992 3.采用盐酸浸提法测得的钾、钙含量平均值(0.55%、2.39%)小于消煮法测得的钾钙含量平均值(0.57%,2.43%);采用盐酸浸提法测得的钾、钙含量标准差(0.02,0.27)大于消煮法测得的标准差(0.01,0.24).经t检验2种方法测得的结果差异不显著.但与消煮法相比,盐酸浸提法具有简便、快速、节约以及环保的特点. Both lixiviation and heating digestion methods were used in determination of potassium(K) and calcium(Ca)in alfalfa. K and Ca content were determined by the 640 flame photometer and EDTA respectively to compare the adaptivity of two different extraction methods above. The results showed that the standard curves of K generated by two methods were comparatively close to each other,and both R2 level reached 0. 990 9,0. 992 3. The mean content values of K and Ca determined by the lixiviation method were 0.55% and 2.39%, respectively, and lower than that by the heating digestion method, 0. 57% and 2.43%. The standard diviation(0.02,0.27)of K and Ca content by lixiviation were higher than that(0.01, 0.24) by heating digestion. The results by two different methods were insignificant in the t test, yet the lixviation method appeared easy and quick to operate, lower in the cost and slight in environmental pollution.
