摘要 为了研究应力约束下连续体结构拓扑优化问题,利用独立、连续、映射方法,对单元质量和许用应力采用不同的过滤函数,建立了以质量为目标,应力约束下的连续体结构拓扑优化模型.引入了新的删除准则,利用二分法得到了自适应的删除率,减少了迭代次数,提高了求解效率.并在MSC/Patran&Nastran软件的开发平台上实现了该算法,分析了结构在拓扑优化前后的应力分布.二维和三维数值算例表明该算法具有可行性和有效性. By Independent Continuous Mapping(ICM) methodology, this article introduced a set of filter functions of element mass and allowable stress to build a topological optimization model of continuum structure under stress constraint with the minimized structural mass as the objective. The author applied the half partition method to obtain adaptive deleting rate resulting in less iterative times and high efficiency of computation. The present optimal model and its algorithm have been implemented by means of the platform of MSC/ Patran & Nastran software. In addition, stress distribution before and after topological optimization of structure were analyzed. 2D and 3D numerical examples indicate that this method is effective and efficient.
