摘要
当前油田提出了一种新型的财务管理策略,即预算控制与成本控制双向结合。针对这种策略进行了研究及系统设计,并且基于Browser/Server(B/S)、Java Applet技术进行了实现,通过实践证明本系统满足当今油田财务决策支持的要求,能够进一步降低成本、提高生产效率。
A new strategy of finance management is put forward in the oil field at present, which combines budget control and cost control. This paper researches this strategy and designs a system and realizes the system based on B/S and Java Applet. At last, through practice, it proves that it can meet the need of finance decision support in the oil field and lower costs and improve the efficiency of production further.
