摘要
价格指数是用来反映商品价格总水平在一定期间内变动趋势及幅度的相对数,它通常是用报告期(用来比较的时期)与基期(用来对比的时期)相比而得。指数是经济领域中经常应用的一种方法,在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,通过编制价格指数反映价格变动程度和发展趋势,是政府监督价格政策法令的实施,自觉地运用价值规律,加强国家经济管理的重要措施,指数分析法在经济领域得到了广泛的应用。
By using the data of the survey in 114 poor cunties of 14 provinces, the poor paper analysed the influence on health financing in poor areas by some of the managing and organizing factors. stressing on financial system. autonomy and operating factors , stressing on finacial system, autonomy and operating form of village clinics. which is expected to provide some help on the policy-making on health financing in china's poor rural areas.
