吉林省主要细毛羊种群羊毛品质分析 被引量:5

Study on Wool Quality of the Main Sheep Stock in Jilin Province

摘要 应用OFDA-2000型羊毛羊绒纤维直径快速检测仪,对吉林省镇南种羊场新吉细毛羊种群、双辽种羊场东北细毛羊种群羊毛纤维品质进行检测分析。结果表明:镇南种羊场、双辽种羊场羊毛纤维,平均直径分别为(20.28±1.72)μm(、20.31±1.77)μm,镇南种羊场新吉细毛羊种群略细于双辽种羊场东北细毛羊种群,但差异不显著(P>0.05);羊毛纤维伸直长度分别为(12.29±1.75)cm、(11.61±1.82)cm,且差异极显著(P<0.01);自然长度,分别为(8.35±1.39)cm(、6.88±1.52)cm,且差异极显著(P<0.01);净毛率分别为(57.94±6.79)%、(47.43±11.22)%,且差异极显著(P<0.01);2种群羊毛纤维单位长度平均弯曲数都在4个以上,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。各性状之间存在一定的相关关系,其中产毛量与羊毛纤维伸直长度、自然长度与伸直长度之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。 The samples from Zhennan Breeding Sheep Farm and Shuangliao Breeding Sheep Farm were tested by OFDA - 2000, and the testing results were analyzed by SPSS. The results show: Mean fibre diameter of the samples of Zhennan and Shuangliao were ( 20.28 ± 1.72) μm and ( 20.31 ± 1.77 ) μm respectively. The samples of Zhennan were finer than those of Shuangliao, but the difference was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ); Mean fibre length was (12.29 ± 1.75 )cm and( 11.61 ± 1.82)cm respectively, and the difference is significant (P 〈 0.01); The natural mean fibre length was (8.35 ± 1.39) cm and (6.88 ± 1.52)cm respectively, and the difference is significant( P 〈 0.01 );The ratio of clean fiber was (57.94 ± 6.79) % and(47.43 ± 11.22) % respectively, and the difference is significant( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Basically, the number of mean curve per centimeter was 4, the difference is not significant( P 〉 0.05). Several correlations were tested among those characters, and the correlation coefficients between output of wool and mean fiber length, mean fiber length and natural mean fibre length were significantly high( P 〈 0.01).
