涤纶织物化学镀镍前处理粗化工艺的研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对微波防护和电磁屏蔽用涤纶织物金属化的附着强度问题,研究了氢氧化钠、苯酚、聚乙二醇-600 3种粗化液对涤纶纤维的粗化效果。得出了较好的粗化液,并研究了该粗化液中氢氧化钠的质量浓度、粗化温度、粗化时间对织物纤维浸蚀效果的影响。结果表明,含90 g/L氢氧化钠的粗化液比另两种粗化效果更好,粗化温度80℃、粗化时间20 m in时,粗化效果最优,在涤纶基体上可获得良好结合力的化学镀层。 Aiming at the quality of metallization on organic terylene fabric textile which is used for microwave protection and electromagnetic wave shielding, the roughening effects of sodium hydroxide, phenol and polyethylene glycol 600 on terylene fiber were studied. The optimal roughening solution was obtained, and the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, roughing time and temperature on the etching of textile fiber were further studied. The results show that the roughening effect of the solution containing 90 g/L sodium hydroxide is better than that of the others. The optimal effect was obtained under the conditions of 80 ℃ and 20 min, with deposits having good adhesion to the terylene matrix.
