摘要
研制了一种高耐蚀性多功能刷涂磷化剂,其配方为100~120mL/L磷酸,6—7g/L Zn^2+,8g/LEDTA,2-3g/L乳化剂,0.5~1g/L消泡剂。探讨了刷涂磷化机理,给出了磷化工艺流程及工艺参数。分析了影响磷化效果的几种因素:操作人员素质、施工环境、槽液维护。该磷化剂作为防锈膜及涂装底层的两起实例证明,该工艺得到的涂层附着力好,可以满足出口产品的要求。
A multifunctional phosphating agent with high corrosion resistance for brush coating was studied, it's formulation is 100 - 120 mL/L phosphoric acid, 6 - 7 g/L Zn^2+ ,8 g/L EDTA,2-3 g/L emulsifier, 0.5- 1 g/L antifoam agent. The mechanism of phosphating for brush coating was discussed, and the process flow and parameter were presented. The influential factors on phosphating effects were analyzed, including operator's quality, working environment and bath maintenance. The two practical applications with phosphating agent as corrosion resistant film and coating's undercoat show that the coating obtained with ahove process has good adhesion, and can satisfy the demands for export product exportation.
