Capital Market Theory and Its Practice Put forward by Deng Xiao-ping

邓小平关于证券、股市的论述,为中国股份制改革和资本市场的发展扫清了障碍。但是我国资本市场仍存在一些结构性问题,如股权分置、上市公司结构不完善、中介机构运作不规范、机构投资者在市场上所占比重仍然偏低等。要解决这些问题,需要进一步完善相关政策,为资本市场发展创造条件,积极推动中国资本市场的改革和稳定发展。

The obstacles of reform of China ＇s stock sharing system and the development of capital market have been cleared up due to the remarkets on Securities and stock market put forward by DXD. But there are still some problems existed in our capital market, such as the control of stocks, imperfect structure of the quoted companies, nonstandard practice of the intermediate agencies, less institutional investors in the market, and so on. In order to solve these problems, the relative policies should be further perfected and make the reform of China＇s capital market developed steadily.
