滥用职权罪是现行刑法中的一个独立罪名,与玩忽职守罪在构成要件和法律适用方面有着本质的不同,值得认真研究。着重探讨了滥用职权罪的五个相关问题。

The crime of abuse of authority is a single crime prescribed in the present Chinese Criminal Law. It has different elements and application scopes from the crime of dereliction of duty and deserves our careful study. This paper aims to discuss five issues relevant to the crime of abuse of authority.
