医疗保险学科体系的探讨

Probing into the system of medical insurance science

医疗保险学科的主要研究对象是社会医疗保险,主要来源是保险学、社会保险学、卫生管理学和卫生经济学,性质是相对独立的交叉学科。医疗保险学科体系由基础知识、基本理论和方法、应用理论和方法三部分构成。其中应用部分含有组织机构、承保内容、资金筹集、费用支付、基金管理、信息管理、法律和评价8个方面。比较研究、调查研究和实验研究等是医疗保险的基本研究方法。

The main object of study for medical insurance science is about the social medical insurance , it is mainly derived from the diciplines of insurance, social insurance, health management and health economics. Its nature is relatively independent and overlapping- The science of medical insurance is composed of three parts : basic knowledgment, basic theory and methods, applied theory and methods. Among them, the application part consists of eight aspects : organizational structure, insurance acceptance, fund raising,expense payment,fund mangagement, informantion management,law and evaluation,comparative study, investigation and research, experimental study etc, are the basic research methods of medical insurance science. .
