西安市经济适用住房价格分析

An analysis on the price of economical housing in Xi'an

分析了经济适用住房的价格构成,以及西安市经济适用住房的现状和存在的问题,得出的结论是西安市经济适用住房价格过高,与普通商品房不能区分,中低收入者买不起;在分析的基础上提出降低经济适用住房价格的建议。

This paper analyses the price formation of economical housing and the problems existed in the price of Xi＇an＇s economical housing, and then draws a conclusion that the price is too high to draw a clear dividing line between itself and the price of common commercial housing, so that the middle and lower incomers cannot afford. On the basis of analysis, the paper gives some suggestions on how to reduce the price of economical housing in Xi＇an.
