胶粘剂中5种常见有害物质的气相色谱/质谱测定法研究

Study on the Determination Method of Five Common Harmful Substances in the Adhesives by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

[目的]研究同时测定胶粘剂中正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和三氯乙烯5种常见有害化学物质的方法.[方法]样品经甲醇萃取后,用DM-1701柱分离,质谱检测,外标法定量.[结果]在最优的色谱条件下,胶粘剂中可能共存的成分分离效果较好.方法的线性范围：正己烷5.2～262.0 mg/L,苯7.2～359.4 mg/L,甲苯7.3～366.3 mg/I,二甲苯6.9～345.0 mg/L,三氯乙烯10.2～511.0 mg/L.相关系数0.9987～0.9997.检出限：正己烷0.5 mg/I,苯0.5 mg/L,甲苯0.5 mg/L,二甲苯0.5 mg/L,三氯乙烯1.0 mg/L.相对标准偏差RSD为0.9%～6.6%,回收率为91.9%～101.6%.[结论]气相色谱/质谱测定法可同时测定胶粘剂中正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和三氯乙烯。

[Objective] To study a new method for the simultaneous determination of hexane, benzene, toluene, xylenes and trichloroethylene in the adhesives by gas chromatography-mass spectrography （GC-MS）. [Methods] The samples were extracted with methanol and the extracts were determined by GC-MS with DM-1701 capillary column, using external standard calibration. [Results] Under the optimized GC conditions, good separations were achieved. The linear limits of the method were： hexane 5.2-262.0 mg/L, benzene 7.2-359.4 mg/L,toluene 7.3-366.3 mg/L,xylenes 6.9-345.0 mg/L and triehloroethylene 10.2-511.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9987 to 0.9997. The minimum detection limits were;hexane 0.5 mg/L, benzene 0.5 mg/L, toluene 0.5 mg/L, xylenes 0. 5 mg/L and trichloroethylene 1.0 mg/L. The coefficients of variation RSD were 0.9%-6.6%. The mean recovery rates were 91.9%-101.6%. [Conclusion] The GC-MS method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of hexane, benzene, toluene, xylenes and trichloroethylene in the adhesives.
