摘要 采用不同的微波消解程序和不同混合酸消解水系沉积物和土壤标准参考物,用ICP-MS测定6种金属元素(Li、Be、Mo、W、Tl和U)的含量。依据分析结果,比较了消解程序、混合酸组成和用量对样品的消解效果。结果表明,由1 mL HNO3+3 mL HF+0.5 mL H2SO4组成的混合酸对水系沉积物和土壤具有很好的消解能力,各元素的测定值与推荐值相符。 An analytical method based on microwave sample digestion and ICP-MS detection was developed for the determination of trace metals in stream sediment and soil. The operational conditions of the method were optimized by recovery studies and analytical precision using certified reference material (stream sediment standard; trace metals include Li, Be, Mo, W, TI and U). A mixture of 1 mL HNO3, 3 mL HF and 0.5 mL H2SO4 was found to give the best digestion results towards stream sediment and soil type of samples. Using the solvent system, the sample completely and satisfactory recoveries were observed for all metals.
