摘要
跳远技术的动作模型是由助跑、起跳、腾空和落地四个相互关联的部分组成,本文对影响跳远成绩多方面问题进行了分析与研究,结果表明,跳远的助跳速度,以及上板速度,缓冲过度,蹬伸速度及摆动速度等。都是影响跳远成绩的主要因素。
Long jump is completed by the processes of run up, jump, jump up and step down which will influence each other. This article made an analysis and research on the factors influencing long jump result. In conclusion, the speed of run up, step on the jump board, amortize, step in and sway will all decide the long jump result.
